Dr. Kohout Has served the Buford Road Baptist Church faithfully  for the past 41 yrs and 34 as the Senior Pastor! Before becoming the Senior Pastor he was the Associate Pastor, and a high school Bible teacher for the church school. Dr. Kohout has become known as one of our city’s most notable religious leaders in the community.

Sister Gail Kohout is the wife of Pastor Tony Kohout.  She joined the church staff as the Senior Saints Director in 2005. She also became the church Office Manager in 2013.  She has faithfully been serving as a Sunday School teacher, working in Awana’s, and other Children’s ministries for many  years.

Adam Kohout is the son of Senior Pastor Dr. Tony Kohout, & Sister Gail Kohout. He grew up and was raised under his father’s ministry at Buford Road Baptist Church. Adam attended and graduated from Richmond Christian school in 1995. He has his Associates degree in Business Management from Commonwealth College and a Bachelors in Bible Doctrine. He is married to Korie and together, they have 8 children, Jordan, Joshua, Logan, Madison, Lauren, Kaitlyn, Rylan, and Leah. Adam is the Assistant to the pastor as well as our Young Adults Director, and Athletic Director at our Christian Academy.  Adam is a professional studio musician and producer and produces music for many groups around the country. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, football, target shooting, and of course, he is very passionate about his Denver Broncos!

Brother David Cogle, a faithful long time member of Buford Road Baptist Church, is a part time staff member and is our Song Leader and Choir Director.  David works exceptionally well with our music ministry and brings a fresh new sound to our church through the wonderful sound of the Buford Road Baptist Church Choir.  He also blesses us through solos and sings with his lovely wife, Sister Teresa Cogle, who assists in the music ministry as well.
